The Music Instrument Collection program finds used musical instruments, gets them refurbished and back into the hands of local students who couldn’t otherwise obtain them. MIC is run by Laird Bush Music Education Fund. The nonprofit was founded in 2023 and operates under the auspices of the Washington County Community Foundation in Hagerstown, Md.
